    Price range: $45.00 through $72.00

    In this class you will learn the fundamental movements of our dance form, safe dance posture and a simple zil pattern to accompany your dance. Although this class is suitable for the new student, it is also beneficial for the more advanced student to review, refine and polish their technique. Billing for classes is in 6 week ‘sessions’. To cover the large amount of movements that are part of our curriculum usually takes a minimum of 4-5 sessions. We break down the every movements from the ground up and typically alternate a fast movement one week, followed by a slow movement the next week.

    I came up with this DIY kit for my fellow dancers, students and troupe mates who needed an affordable way to have a coin bra to use in performances.

    This kit contains all the basics you’ll need to get started creating your coin bra.. you’ll only need to have some basic sewing notions (needle, thread, scissors, pins & Fray Check) and a thick padded lingerie bra that fits your cup size (you can even up-cycle one of your old padded bras). You can choose to add the full color step by step instructions, if needed.

    2 sizes available:
    -Small fits ribs up to 32″
    -Medium/Large fits ribs up to 36″
    For larger ribcage and breast sizes use our Ring Ties.

    I came up with our DIY Coin Bra Kit With Ring Ties for my fellow dancers, students and troupe mates to have affordable way to have a belly dance coin bra for performances.

    The back crossing ties in this kit help distribute the weight of breasts and bra to the shoulders and back. This eases the neck pain sometimes associated with heavy belly dance bras with halter ties. Ideal for those with fuller busts or dancers who find traditional halter ties uncomfortable.

    Want to take classes with us but can’t commit to a full session? Want to try out our classes before signing up for a session? Then our drop in belly dance classes are for you!

    Online Classes Via Zoom:
    Single drop in class purchases are good for 1 time use during the week purchased. Once you purchase a drop in class we will email you a registration link for that night’s online class. Please plan to register no later than 5pm if you plan to join us that same night.

    In Person Classes:
    Limited spaces available. If you get an ‘out of stock’ notice here for your preferred class night, email or call us to see if know of an unexpected vacancy. If you do not get an out of stock notice here we should have space in that night’s class and you do not need to check in with us first 🙂

    Continue your exploration of our dance form with this fun, on-going class! Here we will start using all of the movements & steps you’ve been taught in the beginning level 1 classes to create an improvised dance. We will also add in some more intermediate and advanced movements and steps to spice things up.

    Emphasis for this class will be on gaining leading and following skills thru development of cues, transitions and fundamental ATS® formations.

    Mixed Level Belly Dance Classes, Thursdays 5:30pm

    This fun class is ideal for both newer and experienced dancers. We’ll get you moving and playing along side other dancers starting with your first class! A couple steps will be demoed and drilled with the instructor and the nuances of each movement and/or concept will be tackled. After this opening section dancers can join the teacher (or other students if appropriate) to practice following along to this improv dance form. Once a student starts to feel comfortable we will encourage them to challenge themselves and grow their skills by learning leading and following techniques.

    A well rounded classes to get a one well versed with the fundamentals of our belly dance style! This class can be joined in person at our studio or online via zoom from anywhere.
