2 ribcage ties with chrome plated metal rings attach to the side of the bra. The 2 extra long neck ties attach at the top of the bra cup. The unique way the neck ties drape over the shoulder, cross in the back, then loop thru the rings help distribute the weight of breasts (and coins, if you are adding those to the bra) to the shoulders and back, easing the neck pain sometimes associated with heavy tribal belly dance bras with traditional halter ties.
