More About Our Slate Grey Assuit Cotton Lycra Choli
Fabric & Construction
Extra flexible full 4 way stretch cotton-lycra fabric. The fabric is soft to touch. Extra long ties accommodate a variety of rib and shoulder sizes.
The traditional block printing on this top has a slight sparkle/sheen. This hand block print adds depth and dimension. The pattern is inspired by traditional Assuit fabric (also known as Tulle bi telli). The Assuit fabric have long been loved by belly dancers near and far and have been featured in classic Hollywood films, such as Cleopatra and Samson & Delilah.
Each top is unique and no two are exactly identical. Placement of Assuit pattern will vary from top to top. Diamond patterns may be centered on bust, over bust or on sleeves. We love how each one is different from the other, but, still work beautifully on a group of dancers!
Sizing
Use both bra cup and dress size as a guide: fits A cup dress size 6-12 and B & C-cup dress size 4-8
Care
