This cuff is approximately 3 1/2″ across at the widest point and approximately 7/8″ thick. The access gap is about 1 1/16″ at the narrowest point. Not the ultra small kid’s sizes that are more commonly found, this cuff fits most small to midsize ADULT wrists.
