More About This City Sparkle Base Dress

Sheer black chiffon fabric with lurex accents. Snap at back of neck helps this go on over the head without messing up the hair.

Previously owned and on consignment. This piece is in good condition. Clean on the inside and out.

Free Size. From shoulder to bottom hem is about 58″. Looks like it will fit chests and hips up to about 100″.
