Take your dance to the next level with our Dance Conditioning Workshop with Steph of Tribe Nawaar on Friday February 22nd!

As dancers and performers we need to cross train in order stay strong and flexible to make our movements appear effortless on stage. This dance conditioning workshop will incorporate yoga, Barre, and drills to aid in your cross training!

We will begin with a yoga warm up focusing on the muscles we use as ATS® dancers, then we will move into Barre. Barre is the dance conditioning used in Ballet. It strengthens the stabilizing muscles in legs, core, and along the spine (it’s the little muscles we didn’t know we had). After that we will go into drills building our endurance and initiating our movements with intention. Bring a yoga mat, water, a towel, and get ready to sweat!
