In this workshop we will explore how to get the most out of any bellydance slow movement thru strong technique with emphasis on arms and hands, (an absolutely crucial element that can make or break a performance!) Plus we will cover musicality, anticipation, phrasing and use of interesting metaphors & visualizations. We’ll wrap things up with some partner or group work using some basic improv formats. Come find out what draws so many to perform and watch this gooey, hypnotic dance!
